Travel grants:
Scientists and physicians from working groups may apply for a travel grant of up to € 500, if supported by a letter of recommendation from the scientific group leader. If the cost of travel is likely to exceed € 500, you may contact the organizer to discuss alternative arrangements.

Accompanying partners:
A supplementary accommodation fee will be charged for partners accompanying delegates. An additional fee will also be charged for partners who wish to attend conference social events.

Price per participant:
The price includes full conference documentation, lunch, dinner, social events, refreshments during the workshops and the accommodation including breakfast.

Before payment is due, you will receive an invoice/a confirmation.
